Planning Appeal Victory for Wakefield Development Plans

Wildblood Macdonald in conjunction with Bradley Stankler planning consultants are pleased to report another successful planning appeal decision.

The application is for four detached dwellings on a site that lies immediately to the north of Low Ackworth and falls outside the village envelope. The challenging site is bounded by greenbelt to the north with the land served off an unadopted road, part of which is an unmade farm track.
