Planning success for a high quality residential development in North Yorkshire village.

Wildblood Macdonald are pleased to have secured full planning and conservation area consent for 3 large detached dwellings in the garden of Springfield House. The 0.5ha plot has over 100 protected trees in the garden and sits on the edge of the Tockwith Conservation area.

Working closely with arboricultural consultant David Houldershaw of Northern Resource Consultants the site plan was designed such that it locates each dwelling within clearings of the heavily wooded mature landscaped garden.
